The time has come for the
biannual meeting of the hotel and catering equipment sector. The Montjuďc
facilities of Fira de Barcelona will host, from 5th to 9th
November 2010, the fifteenth edition of the International Restaurant, Hotel and
Hospitality Equipment Exhibition, Hostelco.
Organized by Fira de
Barcelona and the Spanish Federation of Hospitality and Catering Equipment
Manufacturers (FELAC), Hostelco presents the latest innovations and trends in
machinery, equipment and services for the hotel, restaurant and catering
industry.
This complete offering will
be organised in nine different sections: equipment and machinery for the hotel
industry; cookware and tableware; management, control, information technology
and security systems; fabrics and clothing; furniture and furnishing;
foodservice; food and beverages; coffee area (Área Café); Expolimp (equipment and
products for laundry, dry cleaning, hygiene and general cleaning); and vending.
The event will also provide a
platform for the debate and discussion of the latest trends in the areas
represented, thanks to the many parallel activities that will be held. In its
next edition, Hostelco will host for the first time:
• the Área de Innovación y Tendencias, an area
exhibiting the most innovative products,
•the awards for the best innovative proposals,
•technical days to present solutions for
production and management savings,
•and the Foro de debate Tendencias, a forum
consisting of different round tables where coolhunters and experts will
discuss about the present and the future of the sector.
Furthermore, Hostelco 2010
will host the Spanish Barmen Championship and the European Pizza Championship.
