MCM,SL was founded in 1993, it's president Mr. Miguel Martinez Berbel allready had an wide  experience in the field of manufacturing catering machinery. The main idea that takes him to create the company is to improve on the area of cooking, roasting giving priority to all that concerns the spit roast of chickens.
Developing diferent systems, ways and machines: Traditional vertical grills, firewood grills, planetary grills, hanging baskets grills, large pieces grill and all their complements. Using the different energy sources: Gas, electricity, wood and charcoal. MCM has worked towards the improvement and to simplify the grills with less breakdowns, making better use of energy sources and  space. Where MCM is really anticipated, being the unique manufacturer in Spain, is on launching the Baskets and Large pieces grills special for pork legs, suckling pigs and lambs up to 15 Kg. We have a 1200sqm premises in Montcada i Reixac, but because of our growth rate they will be insufficient soon. We are going ahead with a calm generation replacement with the incorporation of Alberto Marti­nez Redon to the sales area and Raquel Marti­nez Redon to the acounting area,  guaranteing the continuity.
